We're not the type to claim we're simply the best. But with the office building on Rondairestraat, we've genuinely created something we're proud of. The building is light, calm and well cared for, with an eye for style and a premium feel without becoming impractical. Good facilities, pleasant workspaces, smart meeting rooms and a summer terrace where you linger longer than you meant to. After completion in November 2024 we used several spaces ourselves and later made them available to our tenants. That says it all: it's an attractive, sought-after location and almost always fully occupied. Representative and comfortable—a setting where working simply becomes more pleasant.
